Funny how this popped up in my e-mail notifications this past week... I was just thinking of Norma, 6/3/2-21 and sharing with her cousin, Denise Johnson Echelbarger that I miss Norma. She was just in my thoughts. Hope the family is doing well... I'll be seeing Norma again :)

Dear Family of Norma -
I just heard that she has passed on to Heaven. I am SO shocked! Norma and I worked near each other for GTE/Verizon for decades. She was always kind and a great person to know. Soft spoken :) She was also a very dedicated and hard worker at whatever she set her mind to. I will so miss knowing she isn't in this world anymore! We both shared the same babysitter when our children were little :) I'm so sorry for your loss! May our good Lord give you comfort and peace during these difficult days, months and years ahead as you miss her presence. I know she really loved all of you!!

I've known Norma since the early '70's when we both worked at GTE. She was such a fine lady and so easy to be around; such a gentle soul who could be firm when she needed to be. This world has lost a truly kind person. Bless her for being her.

I worked with Norma at the US Census Bureau in Everett last year. She always came to work with a smile on her face and a pleasant word for everyone. She was a great person to know.

John,and Family,
Norma fought the good fight, to stay here, it wasn't meant to be. We were all praying for her to recover, and now she is ok. I miss her, as others have said, she was one classy lady. Kind, Caring, selfless, and loved by many. God Bless you all, and Norma... I look forward to seeing you again!
