Gale Duffy Obituary

Gale Eugene Duffy passed peacefully in his sleep on Thursday July 8, 2010. He is survived by Doris, his loving wife of 64 years, his sisters Patricia Martin (Bill) of Ohio and Doris Maxine Jones of Florida, two children Michael Duffy of Edmonton Alberta Canada and Lynda Dulling of Garden City, Idaho, three grandchildren Laura Duffy, Tod Dulling and Amenda Dulling and two great grandchildren, Zakori Harmon and Keaton Hair. He was preceded in death by his parents Deloss and Laura Duffy. He was born June 3, 1927. He was known for a wonderful sense of humor and outgoing personality. He grew up in Ohio and moved his family to California in 1953. Dad had a active and interesting life he raced stock cars, loved hunting and fishing, coached little league, was a scout master and ran the community skating rink with mom, where he spent time with his children. He owned a business in the oil fields in the middle east, made ad sold dynamite fought oil well fires with Red Adair. He was a jack of all trades. Words can't express how much you will be missed. We love you grandpa! No services will be held at this time. Family and friends will gather to celebrate at a later time, Rest in peace with the LORD.
