We wiil miss Scott and all his contributions to our sports crews here in the Midwest. His creativity and quick wit made it a pleasure to have him with us. He will always be with us in spirit.

I was stunned to read Scott's obituary in yesterday's KC Star. I worked with Scott at KCPT and Metro Sports. Though I hadn't seen Scott in several years, I remember that he was always very kind and helpful to me. My sincere sympathy to his family.

Jeannie, Rhonda and Niki: I am so saddened by the loss of Scott in your life...I haven't seen him for many years but know that he is now with his dad and grandma and granda Parrish and has no pain or suffering now and is running with his dog. I am sorry that I won't be able to make it to his service but know my thoughts are with you.

I have a lot of great memories of Scott from our childhood when we would congregate for the Parrish-Rhoades-Cooper reunions. I was so happy to reconnect with him at Mizzou for a few years. Jeannie, you are one of the strongest women I have ever known. You and the girls are in my heart. I pray God wraps you in comfort.
