Loudon, TN
Roger Lynn Howard - age 56 of Loudon, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017. Roger was of the Baptist faith and when able he attended Poplar Springs Baptist Church. He worked for over 30 years in boat manufacturing beginning with Sea Ray Boats and ending with Malibu Boats. He was passionate about anything Harley Davidson and loved to ride more than anything. He is preceded in death by his parents, Norman E. and Johnnie Lee (Kittrell) Howard. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Boyd Howard, Loudon; sister and brother-in-law, Norma and Mike Watts, Loudon; grandsons, Kobe and Kaedin; aunts, Violet Davis, Loudon and Mary Jo Cochran, Maryville; nephew, Cody Watts, Loudon, several cousins. Services honoring and remembering Roger Howard will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday, May 23rd, McGill-Karnes Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Davis officiating. Interment 10:30 AM Wednesday in Loudon County Memorial Gardens. Contributions in memory of Roger Howard may be made to E.TN Childrens Hospital, P.O. Box 15010, Knoxville, TN 37901-5010. The family will receive friends 5:00 - 7:00 PM Tuesday prior to the service at McGill-Karnes Funeral Home, 406 Wharf St. ,Loudon, TN 37774. www.mcgillkarnes.com
