I would like to express my condolences to Hilda's family. I am a member of the Regina and District Home Economics Association and we do the judging for the Regina Exhibition Homecraft Dept. Every year I looked forward to seeing the entries done by Hilda. She was a gifted craftsperson and will be missed. Two of my favorite recipes have come from Hilda's first place entries, one of them being her crabapple liqueur - delicious!

I shall never forget Hilda. I was her next door neigbour for 17 years. She was a very kind and generous person. I loved to drop over for a cup of tea and goodies and we had very good visits. She often sent over a piece of pie. I shall always remember her kindness and the fun times we had.

Cindy and I, we offer our sympathy to the entire Fyhn family.

I was fortunate to live next door to Al and Hilda these past four years, only moving away December 16th. Roger and I would visit (usually for Roger to pay Al for the Leader Post) and we would have tea and goodies. Hilda always had goodies. My memory will always be of a warm, caring environment when we would visit. Hilda was as gentle and kind a person that I'd ever met. I'll never forget her kindness to Roger all those years he was the "lonely" neighbour. We'll both miss her deeply.
