David Meldrum Obituary

David James Meldrum was born January 17, 1923 in Anchorville, Michigan and passed away June 1, 2011 in Mesa, Arizona. David was the former owner of Michigan Precision and owned and operated Michigan Precision West in Mesa. He is survived by his loving wife, Charlotte; sons, Gerald of St. Clair and David Lines (Diane) of Port Royal, Pa.; daughters, Stacia (Richard) Rivard of Port Hope and Maralene (John) Brothers of St. Clair; foster daughter, Jeanette (Ralph) Franks of New Baltimore and step son Jimmy Epperson of San Tan Valley, Ariz. David is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and his brother Robert (Gloria) Meldrum. He is preceded in death by his wife Mildred (Middy); brothers, Fr. James Meldrum O.C.D., Kenneth John (Jack); sisters, Mary Jane Furtah and Bernadine Endres. A Funeral Mass will be held at Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Mesa on Friday, June 10, 2011 at 11 a.m. A Memorial Service is planned for Thursday June 30, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Anchorville. Burial will also be in Anchorville. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Meldrum Mortuary handled the arrangements.
