Howard A. (Bud) Wiener, 81, of Allentown, PA and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, passed away Friday, August 9, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Paterson, NJ, he was the son of Louis and Mary (Mendelsohn) Wiener. The founding partner of the law firm Wiener & Wiener, LLP of Allentown, PA and West Palm Beach, FL, he was a graduate of Blair Academy, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania, having practiced law since 1956. He was a past president of the Lehigh County Bar Association, the Allentown Jewish Community Center, Berkleigh Country Club and the Frenchmans Creek Property Owners Association. He also served on the Board of Temple Beth El. A lifelong avid golfer, Bud recently had a hole in one at Frenchmans Creek Country Club in Florida. Survivors: He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Barbara (Bobbe) Wiener, nee Lavin; sons, Joel (Lori) and Stephen (Lynn) of Allentown; daughter, Suzanne Diamond of Huntingdon Valley, PA; and grandchildren, Jessica, Michael, Melissa, Joshua, Benjamin, Ruby and Eliza. He was predeceased by sisters, Marjorie W. Schoff and Claire W. Salitsky. Services: 11 a.m. Sunday, August 11, at Temple Beth El, 1305 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA.
