Jean Ann (Franklin) Farran
June 18, 1923 - Oct. 18, 2014
Resident of Cupertino
Beloved mother to Graham Farran (Gayle) and Laurie Farran, Grandmother to Heather Belanger (Roy), Chris Higgins (Brandy) and Great-Grandmother to four boys. She was born in Minneapolis, moved to Seattle during the war where she earned her degree at University of Washington in English and Art History, and met her future husband, Frank. Jean was a gracious and caring person. She was very involved with Union Church, various volunteer activities, worked as a clerk at the Cupertino Library, and lovingly took care of her family.
A celebration of her life will be held at Union Church of Cupertino, 20900 Stevens Creek Blvd., on Sunday, Nov. 23 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice in Jean's memory.
