Grace Jensen Obituary
L. Grace Hone White Jensen, age 89 of Goshen, Utah, passed away on the 9th of July 2023 in Ogden, Utah. She was born September 11, 1933 to Elmer Richard Hone and Lillian Burdell Steele of Goshen.
She graduated from Payson High School in 1951 and worked at Fritzi in Spanish Fork, Utah. She was well known for her kindness and strength. She loved sewing, hand stitch, crochet, dancing and word searches. She also loved bowling and won many bowling trophies including taking first place in her age group in Reno, Nevada in 2012.
Grace is survived by her son Greg White of Goshen, Utah, her companion Gordon Steck of Morgan, Utah and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Dennis Arthur White Sr, second husband Gary R. Jensen, sons Dennis Arthur White Jr, Gerald Martin White, and Terence Lee White, granddaughter Amber Grace White and two great-granddaughters Lily Rose Irene Meidinger and Sydney Charlie White.
The family would like to thank Hidden Valley assisted living of Ogden and Atlas Home Care and Hospice of Ogden along with her nurse Crystal for all of the loving care they gave her.
Funeral services will be held Friday July 14, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Goshen LDS Church, 75 South Center. A viewing will be held Thursday July 13th from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Brown Family Mortuary, 66 S 300 E Santaquin, and also from 9:45 - 10:45 a.m. at the Goshen church prior to services. Interment, Goshen Cemetery.
