Kerrington Claudius McInturff, 22, gained his angel wings on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, in Monahans, Texas.
A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Shiloh Baptist Church in Monahans. Internment to follow at Monahans Memorial Cemetery.
Kerrington was born in Odessa, Texas to William Dean McInturff and Tammara LaTroi Alexander on November 4, 2000.
Kerrington graduated from Monahans High School. He loved the color blue, music, he especially loved eating (anyone that knew him, knew he could eat), he enjoyed playing his PS5, and loved reading the bible. Kerrington was a goofy kinda guy, he loved all sorts of animals but most of all he loved spending time with his son, Maurion. He was loved by many and will be missed immensely.
Kerrington is preceded in death by his great grandfather, Raymond Morris Walker.
Kerrington is survived by his son, Maurion Jay McInturff; his wife, Livia Jade Brooks; his mother, Tammara LaTroi Smith and her husband, Talon Paul Crawford; his father, William Dean McInturff; brother, Robert De’Andre Alexander and wife, Kimberly Michelle Alexander; brother, William Angel McInturff; grandparents, Rev. Robert Charles Alexander and Claudia Nadanola Alexander; grandmother, Gloria Dean Burke; great grandmother, Ida Mae Walker; aunt and uncle, Samantha LaTrice Henry and Vernon Oree Henry Jr.; aunts, Sonya Alexander and LaShawn Alexander; nephews, Robert De’Andre Alexander Jr., Jaydon Amir Alexander, and Kaydon King Alexander; niece, Alaysia Mae Alexander; cousin, Raymond Morris Walker; and a host of family and friends.
Pallbearers are as follows: Raymond Walker, Robert Alexander, Javon Brown, R.J. Brooks, LaMarcus Harper, and Talon Crawford.
