Marge was born in Bitola, Macedonia on August 8, 1931. She was raised in the Detroit Area by her parents, the late Thomas and Dimitra Kondogiani. She moved to Saginaw in 1964 with her husband Gus and three children. They joined St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church and became active in the church and community. She joined numerous organizations in the church, including serving as president of the Helenic Women's Society and six years for Philoptochos Society. Parish council member for 12 years and served as secretary. Festival Worker for many years serving as chairman of Artifacts until the age of 92. She was a Girl Scout leader, a Den mother for Cub Scouts and a public school volunteer. In 1980 she became a realtor joining the Saginaw Board of Realtors, where she worked on numerous committees and served as Director for 2 years. She joined the Women's Council of Realtors and served as president numerous times and Woman of the Year several times as well. In 1986 she received the Realtor/Associate of the year from the Saginaw board of Realtors. She served as President of Christmas in July/RebuildingTogether and later as secretary. She was proud of her G.R.I. (Graduate Realtor Institute). She also golfed and bowled on leagues for many years. She gave up bowling when she broke her wrist working on a Habitat House. She retired from Real Estate after 42 years enjoying every minute and making lasting friendships along the way.
She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Dimitra Kondogiani, beloved husband Gus and brother Nick. She was very proud of her children: Dr Nicholas Paron (Julie), Connie Paron Kelso (Ron), Tom Paron (Ann Hertberg). Grandchildren: Ashley Hall (Trent), Patrick Dietzel (Lauren), Dr Kelly Paron (Dr. Kennedy Paron), Dr Jamey Paron (Dr Marvi Najam), Jake Paron, Phoebe Paron, Tucker Paron. She also leaves behind 5 Great Grandchildren (Brianna Latty, Forrest and Wyatt Dietzel and Eleni and Anastassia Paron), a brother Mike Kondogiani (Kathy) of Livonia and many nephews and nieces.
Funeral service will take place at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 4970 Mackinaw Rd. Fr. Timothy Cook will officiate with private burial at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Directors, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. on Tuesday from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. with a Trisagion service at 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday 10:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
