Tomas Escobedo Montemayor Sr.

Tomas Escobedo Montemayor Sr., 70, of Florence, Texas, passed away on July 17, 2023 in Georgetown, Texas surrounded by his children.
Tomas was born in Liberty Hill, Texas to Earnest and Feleciana Montemayor on February 13, 1953. He went to school in Liberty Hill and later graduated from Georgetown. He married Sylvia Munoz and had 3 sons Edward James Morales, Thomas Munoz Montemayor Jr, and Feliciano Daniel Montemayor. He later married Edlfina Montemayor and raising Francisco Landeros and Christina Landeros Rodriguez. He worked as a concrete dispatcher for Braco and Transit mix Concrete before retiring. He also was a CMA and enjoyed being in the medical field for a number of years.
Tomas is preceded in death by both his parents Earnest and Feleciana Montemayor, Wife Ruby Strout Montemayor, sister Mary, brother Earnest, son Edward James. Tomas is survived by brother John Montemayor, brother Frankie Montemayor (spouse Jaine), sister Jaine Rodriguez (spouse Porfirio) Francisco Landeros spouse Tina Landeros, Christina Landeros Rodriguez spouse Victor Rodriguez, Thomas Muñoz Montemayor Jr spouse LaVonne Reyna, Feliciano Daniel Montemayor spouse Stephanie Montemayor.
Grandkids included Gabriella Ortegon, Phillip Ortegon, Martin Ortegon Jr, Tatyana Montemayor, Danyelle Montemayor, Angelique Sanchez, Blayze Montemayor, D'Andre Montemayor, Roel Ortegon, Adrieanne Sanchez, Aaliyah Montemayor, Omar Montemayor, Nevaeh Montemayor, Dezirae Montemayor, and great-grandchildren, Jovani, Adalina, Jason, Molly, Alias, Carolina, Versai, Kamari, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Tomas will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cook-Walden Davis Funeral Home, 2900 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
