Esther Josephine Kelly Esther Josephine Kelly, age 80, of Dale City, Va., passed away Monday, September 20, 2010. She was the wife of William George Kelly and was a former secretary with the F.B.I. at Quantico. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and will be remembered as a gentle and loving spirit by her family and friends. Mrs. Kelly was born in Pennsy-lvania, February 8, 1930, a daughter of the late Roy A. Beggs and the late Minnie Harpold Beggs. In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Janet M. Henry; two sons, David R. Kelly and William E. Kelly all of Dale City; grandson, Aaron Henry and a brother, Paul Beggs of Georgia.

A funeral service will be conducted 9:30 a.m. Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Mountcastle-Turch Life Celebration Home, 4143 Dale Boulevard, Dale City with interment to follow in Quantico National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon until 2:00 p.m. following the interment. Arrangements by Mountcastle-Turch
