James William Obenchain James"Jim" William Obenchain, great dad, husband, grandfather and great-grandfather of Manassas Park, Virginia died Friday, December 3, 2010 at Prince William Hospital.

Jim was a member of St. Mark's United Methodist Church, Manassas, Old Dominion Hunt Club and IBEW Local Union.

Survivors include his loving wife, Dorothy H. Obenchain; four children, Elaine D. Fairfax and husband Gerald, Brenda G. Pultz and husband Hunter "Mac", Alice Faye Wilkinson and husband Robert and Jay W. Obenchain, Jr. and wife Ann; eight grandchildren and eight great-grand-children.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, December 6, 2010 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at St. Mark's United Methodist Church, 7803 Well Street Manassas with Rev. James Johnson officiating. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to American Heart Association, PO Box 5216, Glen Allen, Virginia 23058-5216, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, New York 10004 or Care Net Pregnancy Resource Center, P.O. 2040, Manassas, Virginia 20108 in loving memory of James W.
