Olga Johnson Obituary
In 1937 Olga emigrated from Norway and became an especially proud U.S. citizen.
She lived in New York City and supported herself working as a beautician. Later, she moved to Haymarket, VA where she ran a dairy farm and was also actively involved with the Haymarket Womans' Club and the Cattleman's Association. Olga enjoyed volunteering her time with the Red Cross and Meals on Wheels.
Olga is survived by her son Roger Johnson of Warrenton, VA; two grandchildren, Adam Benford Johnson of Morganstown, WV and Daphne Moore Johnson of Portland, OR; a brother, Nils Nilsen of Oklahoma.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at Moser Funeral Home, 233 Broadview Ave. Warrenton, Va. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Haymarket Women's Club, P.O. Box 501, Haymarket, VA 20168.
