I was so sorry to hear of Harold's passing. I got to know him through his work with the Town of Woodstock Zoning Board of Appeals for which he was a long standing member. Being the clerk of this board, I worked closely with him and relied on his expertise with sometimes complicated issues before the ZBA. He was always professional and extremely knowledgeable. His service to the Town of Woodstock through the years on various boards speaks volumes about his caring spirit and the importance of giving back to his community. I always looked forward to seeing his smiling face at our monthly meetings and will miss him very much. To his wonderful family, please accept my sympathy at this difficult time. God be with you all.
