We will greatly miss Mr. Warriner. He did the tile in our home and other business for Al - but they became friends - and Mr. Warriner would just stop by to chat and visit. He always called me Cherie ( I never corrected him) and he shared much about his life in Fort Walton. He knew my dad and it was always a treat to see him. He always told us how much his daughters meant to him. His work ethic and fairness are to be admired. Although he is no longer with us,he has received the peace he so greatly deserves.

My thoughts and prayers to the Warriner family. I remember Mr Warriner and his girls skiing in the sound when I was a kid . Such a nice family. God bless you all.

It was a real honor to meet Mr. Warriner when he dropped by the FWB Chamber of Commerce a couple of weeks ago. We had a long visit and talked about his water ski adventures and his important part in the start of the Billy Bowlegs Pirate Festival. He was delightful to talk with, and so proud of his family and his community. I was so sorry to learn of his passing -- my heart goes out to his family, and we are honored to display his photo in our small conference room. It's a shame that he never got to enjoy the new knee he was so excited about. Wish I'd had the opportunity to get to know him better.

Penny, Kay and Susan,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Your dad was a great person and I have such fond memories of playing at your house and the hotel while growing up. Your dad (and mom) has always held a special place in my heart, and he will be missed.
