Not sure what to say?

Andy Callas

January 4, 2014

Barlo family,

I am sorry to say that I did not know your Andy, but I did read that he was a veteran of the Vietnam War...and we Vietnam veterans have a special bond with one another. Andy made many sacrifices, I know, and I just wanted to say, "Thanks Andy for serving your country." There is no greater honor than to serve your country at a time of war.

WE COME NOT TO MOURN OUR DEAD SOLDIERS, BUT TO PRAISE THEM -Francis Walker-
On behalf of a grateful nation, as an expression of appreciation for the honorable and faithful service rendered by your loved one, I salute you Brother Andy.

May you all find comfort in knowing that there are many other veterans who share in your loss. May your memories soothe you, your friends comfort you, and your family's strength help your hearts begin to heal. May the love you shared sustain you through this time of sorrow. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
