Hey Butch.... Nine years since you flew away from us. Hope you're free and have no pain and are watching over us all. I miss you, your stories and the lively political conversation you and Roni are probably having on a daily basis these days! We think of you often and miss you too. Stay flying, high and proud. Love, Debbi

Missing you still...the days and weeks and months go by, and still I feel a sense of loss without you in our lives. I hope whatever star you are sitting on or part of gives you a good view of life here...and that you are smiling finally.

Hey dad, been thinking about u an awful lot lately. U have another grand baby as of last June. Her name is Mkenzie. And Maddi will be 3 next month. Gosh dad, I can just imagine how things would probably be so much better if u were here. You give me strength though when I need it most. And I know ur here sometimes. I feel it. Rest easy dad. Dear Uncle Butch,
Tomorrow marks one year since you left us, and we miss you. I see your photos pop up on my screen every day, and I am inspired remembering your bravery and strength, touched by how much you loved us all, and happy that you let us love you back. How can I ever thank you for the words you told me which gave me such peace before you left. I know you are waiting for us.

big brother- your battle was long & so brave - your adventures & experiences so numerous, your dreams so high & lucky you - most realized. Will miss the stories of them all - you always claimed you may not have a lot on any given day - but what a good times you've had when you did! May you soar high - at a comfortable altitude - & look back & know - You were the pioneer for adventure in our family. I will be reminded everytime I see a small plane cruising overhead - love & miss you - your 1st little sister

Especially, love to you, Roni and Debbi.
Jewish families burn a Yahrzeit Candle at the passing of a loved one and at each anniversary in remembrance, love and honor.for all the blessings their life brought to the world. I like that tradition. Here's a virtual one for you, and I will light one here at home for Butch tomorrow at sunset.

Linda,
My Friend. My deepest sympathies to you and the family. From our first meeting discussing cobbler and ice cream..until the end..he was a gem of a guy. I'm so very sorry.
