Hey dad, been thinking about u an awful lot lately. U have another grand baby as of last June. Her name is Mkenzie. And Maddi will be 3 next month. Gosh dad, I can just imagine how things would probably be so much better if u were here. You give me strength though when I need it most. And I know ur here sometimes. I feel it. Rest easy dad. We love u.

When I see a small plane flying out of Fantasy of Flight , I remember you & dad going to the inauguration . Also getting dad in a plane whenever you came to town. I have a feeling you're still cruising the skyways. I sure miss the hit & miss stories . Love & miss you lots !

Tomorrow marks one year since you left us, and we miss you. I see your photos pop up on my screen every day, and I am inspired remembering your bravery and strength, touched by how much you loved us all, and happy that you let us love you back. How can I ever thank you for the words you told me which gave me such peace before you left. I know you are waiting for us.

big brother- your battle was long & so brave - your adventures & experiences so numerous, your dreams so high & lucky you - most realized. Will miss the stories of them all - you always claimed you may not have a lot on any given day - but what a good times you've had when you did! May you soar high - at a comfortable altitude - & look back & know - You were the pioneer for adventure in our family. I will be reminded everytime I see a small plane cruising overhead - love & miss you - your 1st little sister

Jewish families burn a Yahrzeit Candle at the passing of a loved one and at each anniversary in remembrance, love and honor.for all the blessings their life brought to the world. I like that tradition. Here's a virtual one for you, and I will light one here at home for Butch tomorrow at sunset.
