I was a high school friend of Ricky at Permian High. I moved away in our senior year and haved lived in Houston, tx since. I was just reminiscing and searching the Internet when I discovered that Ricky went to be with the Lord. May I say that he was a wonderful friend and I know he will be greatly missed. My prayers and sympathies go out to each of you in your loss.

Sterling/Donna - I'm so sorry to hear about Rick. We had some great times growing up in the day...I've told you the story many times about how, after Flop died, my dad would be umpiring baseball games and Ricky would come to bat. He reminded Daddy so much of Flop that he could never call Ricky out. You all are such a great family and can lean on each other and enjoy having had such a great guy as a brother.
