Wesly Pate Obituary

Wesly H. Pate, 84, of Danielsville, GA passed away Sunday, March 8, 2015.

A native of Elkhart, KS, Mr. Pate was the son of the late Herbert F. Pate and Virgie Jane Lewis Pate and was preceded in death by his wife, Lottie L. Pettis Pate and son Michael H. Pate. He served as a Flight Lieutenant in the United States Navy during the Korean War and was a retired Captain with Eastern. Mr. Pate was a member of Jones Chapel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include son, Wesly Alan Pate and wife, Denise of Danielsville; daughter, Carole Canup and husband, Steve of Danielsville; sisters, June Elder of Las Vegas, NV, Martha Richards of Kansas City, KS; sister-in-law, Barbara Pate of Elkhart, KS brother-in-law, Jim Sagebiel of Elkhart, KS; grandchildren, Kelly Pate, Wesly Pate wife Stephanie, great-grandson Winston, and Leanna Canup.

A memorial service will be held 1PM Saturday, March 14th in the chapel at Bernstein Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 11AM-1PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
