My deepest sympathy and prayers to you Joan, and your family. I will always remember Nic as a man of God, a loving husband, and a true gentleman. He and my Dad were made in the same mold - men of honor, faith and integrity. I am blessed to have known him. Now he and my Dad, Tony, are able to continue their conversations in heaven, and begin a new breakfast club. I am sorry that I missed the funeral, and please know of my prayers and sympathy for all of you. I am very grateful I had the opportunity to get to know Nic, and will miss him. Respectfully, Tony Bonta, Jr.

Nic and I went to high school together and graduated in the same class 1943. We have remained good friends for the past 75 years.
Nic had a great sense of humor. We had many chats about our lives and what the future would bring, when walking home from school as we both lived on Lincoln St. God Bless.
