To the Tunie Family,
I am a better man today having had the opportunity to know and frequently witness the spiritual presence of Deacon Paul and his wife. When I was a young man trying to find myself, I could always count on Paul, Edward, Kenny, and Jimmy for guidance. May God confort this wonder family in time of sorrow.

To the Tunie Family,
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to your family, but what a joy in knowing that your loved one is now with the King. May God keep your family at this time.

Michael and family
It has been awhile since I last saw your father and family, but the lasting memories of being a member of Clark Memorial Church is forever etched in my mind. My strong spiritual foundation is rooted at that church and I am grateful to have been in the company of your dad, Deacon Paul Tunie. I pray that God eases the pain that your family is going through for He is all knowing and can keep us when times get rough. I thank Deacon Paul for his teaching, his kindness and his dedication to spread the word. God bless you and your family as you begin this journey without him. In His Name

Aunt Clara,Patti,Paula and family, I was shocked to hear of the passing of Uncle Paul. My condolences go out to each of you and my prayers. We know that Uncle Paul is in a better place and free of pain discomfort, he is rejoicing with our other family members that have preceeded us. I pray that God will give the strength and peace to go through this time in your life, don't allow the enemy to come in and cause strife and discord, respect each other and allow each to have their time to heal. Weeping may endure for a night but JOY cometh in the morning, we are not to weep like those with no hope for we know that we have Eternal and Everlasting life through Christ Jesus! Love your Niece/Cousin Lisa Bright Harrison

To the Tunie Family,
Eddie and I want to extend our deepest sympathies to you on losing Mr. Paul. He was a joy to know. I know you will miss him terribly, but this community has lost an icon for Homestead. We pray that God will give you strength, peace and great memories during this difficult time. Lean on friends and family to help you at this time of sorrow.
May God continue to bless and keep you.

Miss Clare & Patti,
Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Mr. Paul is not gone, he's just away, you will one day be reunited with him in heaven...to be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord.
Praying for you,
Sharon Carr

Dear Clara and Family,
We are very sorry to hear about Deacon Paul. What a blessing to have spent 62 years together with the future promise of eternity together some day.
We learned about Paul's death while searching for Caroline Eley's obituary(Robert's sister). She passed away on the same day as Deacon Paul and her arrangements are scheduled for the same days as well.
Because of this, Rick and I will not be able to come to be with you, but our thoughts and prayers are definitely with you.
Sincerely,
