As life goes on, I hope that you will find ways to celebrate the memory of your devoted mother. I met Elaine for the first time on Easter of 2007. Her Son Micheal My Partner Knew I was nervous to meet his mom. She gave me a big hug, grabbed my hand sat me down and said lets get to know each other. From then on she treated me as one of her own children. I will miss her dearly as I only had a couple of years to have her as a Mother-In-Law. Elaine you will be in my heart always.

My parents were good friends with Bob and Elaine when you use to live across the street from Parkview elementary, they were Rex and Virginia Turner. My mother thought the world of Elaine and spent alot of time planning the activities with her for the PTA with Parkview. Elaine was one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met. As far back as I can remember Aunt Lannie and Uncle Bob have been an important part of my life. I hold every memory in the deepest place of my heart. Lannie had the gift of making each of us feel special and loved. She did everything with beauty and quiet strength. This last battle was tremendous but she showed us all how to endure - through faith and love.

Elaine was the lifeblood here at Treasure Mountain Middle School where she functioned as executive secretary. She was warm and welcoming to students, parents, and staff members. I remember how lost I felt when I first started working at the school. She changed that for me, and I'll be forever grateful.

Over 9 years ago I met Rob. He introduced me to the rest of the Jarvis family. It was easy to see that this family was Elaine's pride and joy. This loving family became my family too. Elaine holds a very special place in my heart and always will. I will miss seeing her smile. I have so many fond memories of the times we spent together, but I will never forget Bob, Elaine and I, year after year, taking Ali to her softball tournaments. Through the early mornings, late nights and extreme heat we had so much fun and Elaine couldn't wait to do it all again the next year. Rob ~ Thanks for sharing your mom with me. Elaine ~ Thanks for teaching me so many wonderful things. Thank you most for your love. I love you with all my heart!
