Veronica Priester Obituary

Veronica Priester Greenfield Center, NY - Veronica Priester passed away Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012 at her home. She was 83. Born on Jan. 1, 1929 in Saratoga Springs, NY Veronica was the daughter of the late Andrew and Veronica Strakos. She was married to the late George R. Priester. Survivors include her son Rodney E. (Kim) Priester and one granddaughter, Danielle Priester of Greenfield Center;; three sister, Bertha Stone and Helen Wilson both of Gansevoort and Josie Hudson of New Mexico. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am Friday, February 17, 2012, at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, 3159 Route 9N, Greenfield Center, NY. Burial will follow in the family plot at Greenfield Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the William J. Burke & Sons/Bussing & Cunniff Funeral Homes of 628 North Broadway (584-5373).
