It's been a month since you left us and time hasn't started to heal. I miss you as much now as then. You were the best brother and I will miss how you cared for your siblings and their families. I will miss your smile which was contagious. I love you Bill and you are in my heart forever.

Farewell my friend and IBEW brother.
Surprised I am to hear of your passing. We had some fun working together 30 some years ago. You and my travelling partner Don Snyder coached an Alaska Airlines women's softball team or some crazy thing.
Many times through the years, I'd run into your bro Terry on a job. My first question was,"How's your brother Billy?"
You will be missed by many. My condolences to the Wilbur family. Ty Forsberg

Billy,
You were the first one in the Wilbur family that I met. I knew you were still good friends with Peg's ex- boyfriend, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Not knowing you, I was concerned how I would be received. Being the kind of person you are, you made me feel very welcome in your home. In fact, I don't remember ever laughing so hard as I did that night. A friendship began and continued to grow deeper with time. Your passing has left a big hole in my heart. I know that when God decides that my time has come I will see you again Billy, and then our friendship can continue on forever.
I love you brother. Kelly

Ah Bill such a large void to leave behind. Thankfully you left so many memories that I find myself crying at times and laughing out loud other times remembering the times we spent together. The void becomes smaller with these thoughts filling it. You were so full of life. I want to thank you for a life well lived and sharing it with me. Dale L. Bradley

BILLY,
You were such a great brother. When you and Barb moved up from Calif. I got to know you as my big brother. Before, you were another sibling whose room smelled funny. You found me my first car and signed for my loan. You advised me and tried to guide me. You were funny, smart and charming and stayed that way all of your life . The gifts you made were treasures and I will miss them and your look of pride when we admired your work.. I love you so much and you will be missed greatly. Your life was much too short but we were blessed to have your as a member of our family as long as we did.. Until we meet again. Love you, Peggy

My dearest Wilbur family,

How much Billy will be missed here on earth, yet, forever in our hearts.
So many wonderful memories,it is difficult to know which to share.
My mother (Mary Jane Eley) use to get such a kick out of Billy as he would walk by our Cafe on 16th and Roxbury with Mike. They would be comming from your house and walking to Mikes house up on 9th.
They would come to the back door of the cafe and say hello. Then Billy would ask mom if she would keep his snicker bar in the freezer till he came back by from Mike's, which mom was happy to do. We sooo looked forward to him stopping back in. Billy alway's made a person smile and feel good. His smile so infectious.
I keep each of you close in prayer.
My love,
Barbara Eley Cords
