Jake everyone knows we had our fair share of ups and down. its still seems so unreal to not hear ur voice. U were takin to soon and I'm lost without you. My son, Jacob Brian, you always sensed when mom needed you and I would always get a call. By the end of the phone conversation I would feel better and sometimes I think you did too. I'm going to miss those calls but most of all I miss you. You are and will always be in my heart. Your 29 years was cut short but your compassion for others will live on forever. Danny and I will always feel the loss but we will cherish our love for you forever. I know you are watching over us and just waiting for us to be together again. Rest easy my wonderful son we will be together again one day.

You hold such a special place in my heart as you held my hand along many difficult journeys in my life. You will be missed for more reasons than could ever be expressed. Thank you for always being an anchor to hold on to when my life was carrying me away and for touching so many peoples lives in such a manner that you may be gone physically, but your spirit and essence of life will remain with us for generations.
