Dear Ernie and Family,

I worked with your dear Helen at Washington and loved being with her. She was a very special teacher and friend. I will always remember her love for teaching, for laughter, her husband, her sons and her granddaughters. I know you have wonderfull memories, as well, and I hope they can comfort you at this time. Our prayers are with you!
