MARY PARTLOW

I worked with Julius at the Star for several years and he always made sure that I got a good breakfast everyday. He also was a very good man who loved his family dearly. He loved to brag that all of his children went to college because he knew that education was the key to success. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May God continue to bless and keep you.
