I had the distinct pleasure of working with Joe at the Braintree School Dept. in the custodial department and as an officer of the Custodians Assoc. You will be sadly missed my friend,,, Amen

Dear Annette, Allan and Joe,
Reading your father's beautifully-worded obituary brought back so many memories! My mom had mentioned how your dad wouldn't eat leftovers, so it indeed took an "intelligent and compassionate woman" like Fran to disguise them! My father always held your dad in such high regard. I particularly remember when he was in the nursing home during his last days telling me "They want to kill me! I have to call Joe Carlozzi - he'll get me out of here!"
The times we shared in Saratoga Springs and at your home in Braintree were special; I know our parents had a strong and wonderful friendship. I will remember them all fondly and hope the warm memories you have will help you celebrate your dad's life and his legacy. He certainly had a good run!
I can picture Joe and Chick getting in a few rounds of golf in that big course in the sky...
