News Death Notice

JOSEPH, Marjorie B. of Marysville died this Wednesday morning, March 9th, at The Gables following an extended illness. She was a longtime member of First English Lutheran Church and, with her husband Paul, enjoyed spending summer vacations in Michigan at the Maples Resort for 50 years where they enjoyed fishing. Marjorie was born May 2, 1924 in South Charleston to the late Russell and Flora M. Peters Saylor. She married Paul C. Joseph April 19, 1956 in Magnetic Springs. He preceded her in death June 30, 2007. She is survived by her children, Cindy (Terry) Shreve, Andy (Diane) Joseph both of Marysville; grandchildren, Shannon (Sean) Bruce, Scott (Ashley) Shreve, Emily (Mike) Joseph, Natalie (Jamie) Collins; great grandchildren, Brandon, Conner & Kaden Bruce, Evan & Halle Collins and Emma Shreve; brothers, Bob Saylor of Wildwood, FL, Jim Saylor of Springfield; sisters, Frances (Art) Thompson of South Charleston, Florence (Doc) Banion of Abilene, KS; and many nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be Thursday from 6-8pm at the Ingram Funeral Home, 975 N Maple St., Marysville, OH 43040. Funeral Services will be 11:00 am Friday at the First English Lutheran Church, 687 London Ave., Marysville with Rev. Paul Schultz officiating. Burial will follow at Oakdale Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Central Ohio Alzheimer's Association in care of the funeral home. Condolences may be sent to: ingramfuneral.com
