Thomas Michael Lillard Sr.

Thomas Michael Lillard, Sr., 85, passed away Tuesday, July 10, 2007 in University Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia. Tommy was born December 11, 1921 to the late Russell Lovette Lillard "Dooks" and the late Nellie Yeager Lillard in Madison County, Virginia ; was a very active member of the Bethsaida United Methodist Church, Brightwood, and was a farmer in Madison County. Surviving Mr. L:illard is his wife Mary Woodward Lillard of Brightwood; son, T.M. Lillard, Jr. and his wife Karen of Brightwood; sister, Lillian Mae McIntosh and her husband Walter of Arlington; grandson, Andy Colvin and his wife Kelly of Brightwood, and great-grandson, Curtis A. Colvin of Brightwood. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday, July 14 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bethsaida United Methodist Church Cemetery, Brightwood with Rev. Henry Daniel Aylor conducting the service. Pallbearers will be Andy Colvin, Warren Morgan, Bobby Mills, Wayne Sheads, Arnie Bennette and Dicky Aylor. The family will receive friends Friday, July 13 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Clore-English Funeral Home, 11190 James Monroe Highway, Culpeper.
