Rampy, Nancy Alice age 82 of Bloomington, MN on Feb. 16, 2006. Loving wife and mother. Preceded in death by husband, Thomas Randall, Jr.; children, Kristina Dee and Thomas Randall III; brother, Elgie Noteboom; and sister, Doris Maridee Noteboom. Survived by the Rampy family: brother, Gordon Rampy of Warrington, VA, his 4 sons and their 13 children; sister, Mildred Smith of Falls Church, VA, her son and his 2 children; the Noteboom family: niece, Susanne Spirit (Michael Richard Twamley) of Corona, CA and her son, Melvin Arthur Willmirth II; brother, Arthur Noteboom, Sr., his son, Arthur Noteboom, Jr. (Renee), Arthur Jr.'s daughter, Tami and her 3 children; Arthur Sr.'s son, Jimmy Noteboom (Cindy); Elgie's wife, Virginia and children, Nancy Jean and Elgie Noteboom, Jr. Nancy was an honored Northwest Airlines employee.
