Michael Bogard Obituary

Michael David Bogard Michael David Bogard passed away unexpectedly on January 7, 2007. He was born in Austin, Texas, October 17, 1983. He graduated from Bowie HS in 2002 and attended the University of Texas in San Antonio. His memory will forever be in the hearts of his mother and father, Liz and David Bogard; his sisters, Connie, Sherri, and Valerie; his brother, Matthew; his grandmother; and many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Our dear son and brother, Michael, was taken from us too soon. His tasks and plans and new job left undone. His parting has left us so sad. We will remember his great sense of humor, love of our many family traditions, and our wonderful family trip to Europe the summer of 2004, the many drives to Arkansas and Missouri to see close family. Our hearts are hurting for you dear one. But God wanted you now. When earthly help is of no avail, there is one friend who will never fail; just lift your eyes - the answer is God! The family will receive visitors from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 12, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4800 Convict Hill Road, Austin. Internment will follow at Onion Creek Memorial Park Cemetery, 11610 Chapel Lane, Austin TX. Memorials and guestbook online at wcfish.com

Bogard Family,
Michael and I shared the same German class together in high school and I remember him as a sweet and funny guy who didn't really enjoy speaking German out loud :).
I am very sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you.
