To Mrs. Cave and family - I only just learned of Bill's passing through a notice in the Florida Bar News. Please accept my condolences and best wishes. I was still a law student when I worked for Bill at the Dept. of Revenue back in the 1970's - I learned from him that it's possible to be a good lawyer and a good boss at the same time.

Teenie, I thought so much of Bill, and so enjoyed working with him at DOAH. I also remember him bringing me the mayhaws and the grapes. We really enjoyed them. He was a wonderful man, and was my mentor. He will be missed.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.
