Mike, Kim, Shelly, Donnalee & Family,
I learned today of Don's passing. He was a dear friend and colleague. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to you and family members. My prayers are with you. Among the many memories, I recall Don's wit, his real estate expertise, and business wisdom. In addition, it is not possible to leave out his friend, the late Lou Ross, or his many spirited exchanges with the late Hunna Johns, Mayor of Ithaca. Don will be truly missed, but he left behind a worthy legacy of insight and advice that has benefited many of us.

Shelly,Kim,Donnalee and Mike your Dad was a very good friend who left me with many memories. Like the time we went to Washington DC to meet with then President Bush 1 for diner at the white House. He was one of a kind that will be deeply missed. May God Bless you all at this time.

He was a GREAT guy. I always enjoyed coming over to the house to hang out with him. My two fondest memories are going to Owego to watch the races with him and his love he had for his bird Abigal many years ago. My thoughts and prayers are with your family in this time of sorrow.
