BLATT, Anne Puller, of Bowling Green, Va., passed away on September 30, 2010. She was born April 14, 1929, and was preceded in death by her parents, Evert Battle and Virginia Barlow Puller. She was the widow of Thomas B. "Tommy" Blatt Jr. Surviving are her three children, Lynn Jordan Harris and her husband, Scott, of Salvo, N.C., Thomas B. "Tom" Blatt III and his wife, Lynn "L.P." and Kimberly Blatt Grant, all of Bowling Green; three grandchildren, Justin C. Jordan, Jo-Elsa S. Jordan and Thomas B. "Toby" Blatt IV and his wife, Meghan; and one great-grandchild, Thomas B. "Ben" Blatt V. Anne graduated from Caroline High School and Averett College. She married Tommy on September 2, 1950 and made their home in Milford. In 1960 they moved to Bowling Green where they raised their family. Anne loved reading and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved sports and had become an avid NASCAR fan. She was also an active member of Milford Presbyterian Church. A funeral service will be held Sunday, October 3, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Storke Funeral Home, with Rev. Bob Knox officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, one hour prior to the service. Anne will be laid to rest in Lakewood Cemetery, next to her husband. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Milford Presbyterian Church. Sign register book online at www.storkefuneralhome.com.
