To Mr. & Mrs. Bruce,
Nothing will express the pain we all feel when your daughter our friend passed, however we are to know that call has called her to be with him. Her work here is done. Bilan now has unconditional love and life given by the creator who knew that Bilan work here was done. At such an early age she has given a lot that most would not be able to do. I loved Bilan like a sister and will continue to keep your family in my prayers.

Also, I worked with Bilan at Hecht's. She was always a delightful person to be around. She had the warmest smile and was always pleasant and very mannerable. Although I've only known Bilan for a short period of time it was a pleasure being in her presence every workday. Every morning she greeted me with the prettiest smile and not a day went by that we didn't laugh about something or shared a personal experience. I met her when she was living in seven gables apartments. I lived right across the street from her. We became friends, and she was always warm and welcoming.
