Claud, Claudia & Scott,
Billie Brown was a great friend. She was very dedicated to her job as Librarian at the Oconee Libray in Watkinsville.
Billie was an inspiration to help start the fund raising for a new library in the mid-seventies. She and Claud have been great citizens and public servants.
We will miss Billie!

We remember Billie as THE librarian at the Oconee County Library in Watkinsville, as well as my university forestry school colleague Claud's wife. Her involvement in getting the Oconee County Fall Festival started was one of the many activities that was impressive, as she seemed to have unlimited energy to get things done. A particularly positive trait that won so many compliments was her everlasting smile. Whenever I picture Billie, it is with that smile, which always accompanied her effert to help.
