There will never be a better or more caring man than my Uncle Stafford. He will be greatly missed by his family and his community. I know he is in a better place, but he was the greatest example of God's love that I have ever known. Although he had lots of nieces and nephews, he always treated each one as if they were the most special. He was always quick to discipline us as well. We were so blessed to have him in our lives. Rest in Peace dear Uncle Stafford, I will miss you.

Well Stafford where do I begin.Ever since I was brought into this family you and Cora Lee treated me as if I belonged and I was family. I don't ever remember you doing or saying anything to me harshly.
I have lots of good memories. There was never a Daddy that was as proud as you when Maryanne came along. Then when those grandchildren came oh my gosh. I think you thought you was the only grandfather there ever was. My how he loved them.
And then my other fondest memory was the stews. Boy did he enjoy cooking it and having so many people come to eat it. We really had some good times. I love you and will miss you.Hope you had a lot of family greet you when you came through heaven's doors.
Love,Gaynelle

My fondest memory of Uncle Stafford is how he would pile all the nieces and nephews into the bed of his truck and take us to Crump's store for candy. May he rest in peace with the Lord.

Stafford is in the care of the Greatest Physician of all. We will greatly miss him but will glory in the fact that he is walking hand in hand with his Savior. Lines of pain gone from his face and the smle we all know and love shining through as he tells some tale or another.
Cora Lee, Collin and my thoughts are with you now and will be with you in the future as you deal with the lonliness of being one again.
GOD Bless and Keep you in his Hand
We will keep you in our hearts

May peace now rest your soul. My dear Uncle Stafford was so kind to me in my time of trouble and searching and he extended to me great respect and an even temperment always. Tommy Foster
