Eddie G. Mize

MIZE, Eddie G., formerly of Spartanburg, S.C., went to be with the Lord on April 24, 2010. He was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Mize; his father, Edwin F. Mize; brothers, George Mervin and Richard Mize; and a sister, Joyce Thomas. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Evelyn D. Mize; brother, Robert E. Mize and wife, Linda; numerous nieces and nephews. He retired from 666 Local IBEW. He was a member of Moose Lodge No. 1947 in Mechanicsville. He was also a Navy veteran. A memorial service will be held April 28, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home Chapel, 4650 S. Laburnum Avenue, Richmond, Va., followed by a private interment. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
