Elizabeth Patrick McLeod

McLEOD, Elizabeth Patrick, 89, of Doswell, the widow of William H. "W.H." McLeod, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 15, 2009. She was preceded in death by a son, Gerald Conrad McLeod. She is survived by four sons, Frank (Betsy) McLeod, Howard W. (Denise) McLeod, Lewis P. "L.P." (Gena) McLeod and Kenneth McLeod; three sisters, Eloise Rash, Dorothy Moyers and Helen Doss; one brother, Gordon Patrick; a niece, Dot Wyatt; also five grandchildren, Patricia Blake (Jeff), Will McLeod (Helen), Jeff McLeod (Monica), Kevin McLeod (Michelle) and Susan Anderson (Leonhardt); and 13 great-grandchildren. She was a member of Mt. Hope United Methodist Church and the Hanover Chapter #130 O.E.S. for over 50 years. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 18, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Nelsen Funeral Home - Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland, where an Eastern Star service will be held at 7 p.m., and where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
