GLADYS ASHBURN

ASHBURN, Mrs. Gladys Bryant, 96, of Irvington, widow of Otha D. Bryant and Hubbard Ashburn, died Sunday, November 22, 2009. She is survived by two sons, Vernon Bryant of Irvington and Jimmy Bryant and his wife, Kathy, of Sacramento, Calif.; stepdaughter, Anna Davis of White Stone; two granddaughters, Ann Bryant and Sarah Bryant of Jacksonville, Fla.; a grandson, Jason Lee and his wife, Anne, of Roanoke, Va.; two great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 28, at 2 p.m. at the Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock, with interment in the Irvington United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
