Mom, it has been a little over a week and I just want you to know that you are missed very much and I thank God for allowing me the opportunity of sharing the last 73 years with you. You were a perfect role model and we all were very proud to call you mom.

My grandmother was THE perfect role model! The love I have for her runs deeper than any ocean or sea and higher than any mountain. She has been there for me as well as my children, always no complaints or hesitations. I know she is in a much better place but I will miss her tremendously!

My aunt Ree was a strong woman. She fought until the end. She was always smiling and knew how to have a god time when we had cookouts. We will miss you but, we know you're in a better place. Love you!
