Ralph was always a cheerful person. I never ever saw him frown. I will miss him though I know he is in heaven. My loss is mommas gain and I know she was waiting there at the gate for him. I have memories of him stretching back to my earliest childhood and there are no bad ones at all. His singing with his brothers was a joy for all who heard them. I remember a night at our house when I was a little boy of him singing and playing church gospel in the kitchen. That is one of the best from that time.God bless you Ralph, see you again.

To the family of Ralph Custalow,
Ralph was a good friend, neighbor and cousin and we will certainly miss discussing the garden and how to produce more and bigger vegetables; however, since he's going to the GREATEST GARDEN OF THEM ALL he won't miss us a bit! I'm sure Miss Pocahontas is at the piano, Cecil at the guitar and Bro. Dewey ready to lead any song you want to sing tenor on.
We'll miss you Ralph.

Dear family,
We have been praying for brother Ralph ever since we heard he was in the hospital.
We are so sorry for your loss, but Praise the Lord for Heaven's gain.
You all have always been and always will be so special to us and having been to the reservation and the church so many times you are all just like family to us.
We will always remember yall singing for Mama and Daddy's 50th Anniversary and for Mama's Home Going service.
Ralph was always so sweet and kind. Each one of you are so very special and I know Cecil is glad to have him with him again now.
Have always wanted to sing with the Custalow Brothers and Hallelujah will get to do that when I get to Heaven too. It will be a great time and I can't wait!
You all are in our hearts and prayers during this time of loss. Hold on to Isaiah 41:10, it will help. Your church family loves you all and will hold you up in prayer you can be sure.
We love you and the Beaulah Land yall have always sung about has "two little Indians" walking there now. (Just had to say that because of Calvin's phone message).
You are all precious to us and we love you very much.
