ENROUGHTY, Rebecca A., 88, of Varina, passed away on Friday, September 17, 2010. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Frank W. Enroughty: two sons, Brad A. Enroughty (Cindy), Carter L. Enroughty (Wanda); six grandchildren, Blaine, Ian, Morgan, Allison, Michelle and Robbie; two great-grandchildren, Lyla and Bryce; one brother, Bert Allen; and devoted family friend, Juanita Ragsdale. A special thanks to Anna Pitts and the staff of Covenant Columns Manor Inc. Mrs. Enroughty had a great love of sewing and quilting. Family will receive friends Monday, September 20, 2010 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home & Crematory, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, Va. 23231, where a funeral service will be held Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment at Four Mile Creek Baptist Church where Mrs. Enroughty was a lifelong member. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the church.

Aunt Becky meant a great deal to me over the years. She taught me how to sew, shared her home for many pleasant visits, helped me make my wedding dress, and always gave me wise advice. She will be greatly missed by many whose lives she touched.
