I had the joy of caring for Mr. Sweeney right before he passed away. I think I can speak on behalf of the unit by saying that his sweet disposition and strong character were evident even in his final days. He will be missed.
Sincerely,
Jillian, Patti, and the entire staff

Uncle Robert,
It was said you hoped to live to see your eightieth birthday. Well my dear Uncle, you made it and then some. even so, I know how you must have missed your family.
I remember you when you used to be in the garden working with your back support always visible above your jeans. I remember your quiet strength and your face so handsome when it lit in laughter. I also remember the songs you sang and taught me as a child- the things you showed me about the horses you and Albert loved. I remember my friend Jay telling me how you sat with a straight back , dignified and when you spoke , it was no nonsense.
My dearest uncle, I will miss you. thanks again for the table and bedroom furniture you took such joy in building and for making it all just perfect.
I have and always will love you...

Robert was married to my cousin, Marion Bishop. He was a wonderful husband to her and they were the perfect couple, looking out for and loving each other. They are together again today, free of pain and resting in the loving arms of Jesus.
