I was so saddened to see Rowena's beautiful smiling face announcing her passing. She was such an amazing person, so giving and selfless. I always enjoyed how her face just lit up with a grin when she said hello. We were so fortunate to have had her as a friend during her time here at Beth Sholom. She was a remarkable woman with such a wonderful family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time of grief.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Rowena's family, especially Barbara, David, Bill, Cabell and Tom. Rowena was one of a kind person. An 'Earthly Angel'. She made this world a better place to live because she was in it. Always smiling and positive, even when she had more going on in her life than most of us will never experience or know. She was like a second "Mom" to me growing up with her sweet daughter, Barbara. Rowena will truly be missed. I am so grateful to have known her. My love to all! God Bless!
