As children, my brothers and I spent much of our summers and many of our best afternoons playing with Travis. Whether we were racing around the neighborhood, playing ball in the Sunset Circle, or sneaking clandestine games of Mortal Kombat, Travis was like another brother to us. His kind heart and good nature will be sorely missed.

Travis was a great friend and neighbor when we very young. We had a lot of fun playing in the circle in front of our houses. He will be missed.

We remember the many happy hours that our sons Neil, Mark and Andrew spent playing in the neighborhood with Travis. It was good to read about all that he accomplished since those days playing on the circle. Our thoughts are with you at this time.

It is with profound sadness that write this entry. Travis was a fine young man...one of the finest human beings that I have been fortunate enough to call my friend. He had such a kind heart and a gentle soul...and this could be felt by all. He was like a little brother to me and I will miss him immensely...the hours of chasing after that fuzzy yellow ball; the meals that we've shared together; our little conversations about life and all that it entails, I will miss that the most.

Mr. & Mrs. Covey, I am so sorry for your lost.

I got know Travis throug tennis and had the pleasure to play with on quite a few ocasions. He was a fine tennis player and even better person who will be missed not only in the Richmond tennis community, but by the whole city of Richmond. - The Ogborne Family

I worked for several years at the Willow Oaks Tennis pro shop. I began to notice how often Travis came in, and then he would greet me as if I were one of his good friends. After a while, Travis and I often met up, as many as four times a week, to play tennis at the club. Even when I went off to college, he and I would meet up quite often during my breaks when I came back home. I got to know him fairly well, and I realized that Travis was a very unique individual, always in good spirits. My deepest sympathies go out to the family during this very difficult time. The world could really use more people like Travis. It was a priviledge to call him my friend.
