Virginia was a dear friend and neighbor!
All of my 8 children have fond memories of her sharing her dance costumes and laughter. She was a beautiful lady!
All of you are in our thoughts and prayers,

My condolences to the family on the loss of such a beautiful and cheerful woman. We were former neighbors on Stuart Ave.

Enjoyed very much helping Mrs. Bailey with taxes over many years. She was a dream to work with--very particular in keeping up with all the details and very cheerful, even with health problems. In recent years, ended our meetings with a prayer with her. She was a wonderful lady and I will truly miss her.
May God grant peace to the family during these days and in the future.
